Who we are
Daily AI Solutions builds AI automation systems for small businesses in the New York City metro area. You can reach us at contact@dailyai.solutions or by phone at (929) 640-0419.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, business name, email address, the service you're interested in, and any message you write.
- Free audit form: your business name, industry, city, website URL, email, an optional phone number, and your answers about how you handle leads, booking, and reviews.
- Chat widget: our website chat widget is operated by LeadConnector. If you use it, you may voluntarily provide your name and mobile number to receive text responses. See "Text messaging" below.
- Public business data: when you request a free audit, we look up publicly available information about your business — your Google Business Profile (including public reviews) and your public website — to produce your report.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, produce and deliver the audit report you requested, schedule appointments you ask for, and provide the services you engage us for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messaging (SMS)
SMS opt-in happens through the chat widget on our website, where consent terms are displayed at the point of submission. Messages are transactional — related to your own inquiry, audit, or appointment. Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use a small set of processors to run our business: LeadConnector / HighLevel (CRM, chat widget, and messaging), Zoho Mail (email), Google (business-profile and site-performance lookups), Anthropic (AI analysis of audit data), Vercel (website hosting), and our own workflow-automation server. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention
We keep inquiry and audit records for as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email us at contact@dailyai.solutions to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of any communication. Reply STOP to any text to stop SMS immediately.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
