Effective July 5, 2026. These terms govern your use of dailyai.solutions and the services provided by Daily AI Solutions ("we," "us").
Our services
Daily AI Solutions designs and operates AI-powered automation systems for small businesses — including lead capture and booking automation, reputation and review automation, website design and build, and New York freelance-compliance automation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for paid engagements are set out in the proposal or agreement you receive before work begins.
The free audit
Our free business audit is an informational diagnostic. It is generated from publicly available data about your business (such as your Google Business Profile and public website) combined with the answers you provide, and analyzed with AI. It is provided "as is" for your information only: scores and estimates are good-faith assessments, not guarantees, professional advice, or promises of specific business results. Public data sources can be incomplete or out of date, and we flag uncertainty in the report where we detect it.
Communications
By submitting a form you agree we may contact you by email about your request. SMS messages are sent only in accordance with the consent terms in our chat widget — see our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Acceptable use
You agree to submit only accurate information about a business you own or are authorized to represent, and not to use our site or tools to harass, impersonate, or gather information about third parties.
Intellectual property
The website, its design, and its content are owned by Daily AI Solutions. Audit reports are provided for your business's internal use. Work product from paid engagements is governed by the applicable service agreement.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our site and free audit are provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising from your use of the site or the free audit is limited to $100. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
